The SHIBI:

I am proud to introduce my new surfboard model, the SHIBI.

The Shibi was an experiment gone right. As many of you know, I have never been a fan of quad finned surfboards. They were finicky at best and never lived up to my tri fin boards performance experience. Quads did have the speed, but lacked the control.

On quad surfboards the fins were always the weak link so I went outside the box on the Shibi model and designed the board around the fins. The Shibi model has a unique tail that gives you the control and bite that you never thought possible from a quad. The full outline and flatter rocker give you the paddling power of a fish and the crazy double concave turns so smooth and drives like a thruster.

I have never had a board model that works for 90% of my customers. From my 230 lb team riders to the 76 lb groms, the Shibi has been magic. Most of my customers have put away their shortboards and only ride the Shibi.
